Academic Research Contemplations

About me and the website

I am a privacy advocate and post-doctoral researcher at the University of Ghent in Belgium. My work scrutinizes the complexities of data protection, privacy engineering, and IT governance. I firmly believe Artificial Intelligence and big data analytics in particular should be harnessed responsibly, and my focus lies in empowering organisations to conduct robust privacy and data protection impact assessments. My mission? To translate research into real-world practices that prioritise data ethics in an increasingly digital landscape.

This website serves as a hub for my academic research and insights. All content is strictly personal and intended for informational purposes.
