With the participation of esteemed experts and dedicated interviewees, we have transcended traditional research boundaries, culminating in a paper submitted to the prestigious Computer Law and Security Review (CLSR) journal. This milestone not only reflects the collective wisdom and foresight of our participants but also underscores our commitment to advancing knowledge in the digital age. As we eagerly anticipate the review process, we remain dedicated to sharing the outcomes and insights of our research. This endeavour reaffirms our pledge to fostering a deeper understanding of complex legal and security challenges in the technology sector. We extend our sincerest gratitude to all contributors for their invaluable input and look forward

Dear Delphi and Interview Participants,

I am pleased to announce that our Delphi study and follow-up interviews have been a resounding success!

With your invaluable contributions, I have managed to submit a compelling paper to the Computer Law and Security Review (CLSR) journal.

This accomplishment would not have been possible without your dedication and expertise. You shared your knowledge openly, and your insights deeply shaped my research findings and recommendations. I sincerely thank you for your time, commitment, and the trust you placed in me. As I await the review process, I want to assure you that you will be kept informed of the publication status and the final results of the research. Once again, thank you for your participation in this study. Should you have any questions or wish to discuss the study results further, please do not hesitate to reach me out. Warmest regards, Georgios

Clarification for Questions on DPIA Improvements

26 February 2023 By Georgios Georgiadis

One of the Delphi participants has been wondered whether the DPIA enhancement questions pertained to the problem statement or our proposed solution. I am sorry if this was unclear.

The goal of these questions is to obtain your perspective on our offered solutions, as there is no single correct response. We are therefore interested in any suggestions you may have.

Thank you again and kind regards,

Delphi Round 3 – Early Announcement

23 December 2022 By Georgios Georgiadis

Dear Participants,

We have decided to launch the third round of our Delphi study in February. As this round is likely to be one of the most critical in our research, we want to make sure that we present you with a comprehensive and thoroughly tested set of questions on how to improve the DPIA methodology for Big Data Analytics. We must admit that this is quite a challenging task, but we are confident that with the right questions and your input, which we greatly appreciate, we can develop a solid proposal for the DPIA.

As with previous rounds, you will be receiving another email with all the necessary information once the round is ready. The same information will be posted here on our website where we will also regularly update you on the progress of our work.

If you have any questions or would like to contact us for whatever reason, please do so by replying to this email.

In the meantime, we would like to take this opportunity to send you our warmest wishes for a Merry Christmas and a healthy and safe New Year 2023.
