We would like to thank you all for your contributions. Please excuse the late response as It took us a while to analyse all the answers and to prepare the list of possible questions for the second round.
As far as scheduling is concerned, I will post the results on the website in the next few days. You will be notified by email as soon as they are uploaded.
We intend to publish the questionnaire for the second round before the end of June and leave the round open until the end of August so that you have enough time to contribute.
